West Virginia opens up Big 12 Conference play on Saturday against Kansas State. Let’s take a look at my midseason awards and grades for the team so far through non-conference.

Through 12 games, West Virginia has been one of the more surprising teams in the country. WVU has notable wins over Pitt, Florida and UAB with their two losses coming to now-No. 1 Purdue and Xavier.
