Kansas State offensive lineman Devin Vass has announced he is transferring to West Virginia and joining the WVU football program on Wednesday night.

Vass, a redshirt sophomore, will have two years of eligibility remaining upon joining the Mountaineers.

The 6-foot-6, 308-pounder saw action in 11 of 12 games this season for the Wildcats, who finished the season at 6-6 overall after beginning the campaign ranked No. 17 in the AP poll.

Vass didn’t see any field action in 2024 after redshirting his true freshman season in 2023.

Prior to enrolling at Kansas State, Vass was ranked as a three-star prospect in the Class of 2023. He was the No. 75 ranked offensive tackle in his class and the No. 178 overall player from his home state of Florida.
