MORGANTOWN, W.Va – West Virginia quarterback Garrett Greene provided some rare excitement in the midst of a rough day from many respects in Morgantown.

Greene used his legs to move the chains for the Mountaineers on the ensuing possession after Oklahoma first touchdown. He was able to run it up the middle and into the end zone following an outside scramble on the previous play.

The official Fox College Football Twitter account tweeted a video of the touchdown run even though the game was only airing on ESPN+. Unfortunately for West Virginia, the Sooners ran back a fumble on the extra point attempt and added two more points of their own before the first half came to a close.

Greene was 2 for 4 for 41 yards through the air, but ran for 60 yards off 6 carries on the ground when under center in the first half.
