Students must wear appropriate athletic gear in order to participate and must be enrolled full-time (minimum of 12 credits each semester) at West Virginia while having remaining NCAA eligibility.
All prospective players must also have a West Virginia compliance form, proof of insurance, a completed physical form (from within the last six months), proof of full-time enrollment at West Virginia (course schedule showing total number of credits) and proof of a sickle cell test.
