WVU has offered 2023 three-star wide receiver Joshua Clarke (6-foot-1, 170-pounds) from Alexandria, Virginia. Clarke is only listed as a three-star on Rivals and isn’t rated on ESPN, 247Sports or On3.
WVU is Clarke’s 16th offer following Air Force, Akron, Boston College, Campbell, Delaware State, Grambling State, Howard, Kent State, Maryland, Massachusetts, Monmouth, Northwestern State, Toledo, William & Mary and Virginia Tech.
