WVU Football Offers Georgia Tech CB Transfer

WVU Football has offered Georgia Tech CB transfer Kenan Johnson, he announced on his Twitter (X) account on Monday afternoon. Johnson entered the portal on Friday as a graduate transfer and has one year of eligibility remaining.

Johnson (6-foot-1) played at Georgia Tech for five seasons, appearing in 45 games for the Yellow Jackets. This past season, Johnson recorded 29 total tackles, forced two fumbles and had an interception against Wake Forest. Since entering the transfer portal, Johnson has received notable offers from Vanderbilt, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest and West Virginia.
