MORGANTOWN, W.Va – West Virginia head coach Neal Brown answered one question that’s been on the minds of fans since Chad Scott was promoted offensive coordinator.

No, it’s not how the play calling duties will be handled. It’s about where Scott will work during games. And like he did in the Gold-Blue Game, Brown confirmed Scott will be on the sideline throughout games.

This questions stems from offensive coordinators often going up to the press box, but Scott has been a source of energy for the players in recent years the field as an assistant coach.

Brown referenced Scott’s energy fueling the players and the fact that he wants his coaches to be where they are most comfortable as the reasons he will let him stay on the field.
