Tory Johnson Jr.

Consensus 2023 three-star wide receiver Tory Johnson (6-foot-4, 200-pounds) has signed his national letter of intent to play at West Virginia

Johnson is pretty consistently ranked among the outlets, with only ESPN being the outlier. On3 (No. 28), 247Sports (No. 26) and Rivals (No. 26) all have him rated among the same whereas ESPN ranks him No. 42 in the state. ESPN also lists him at a different position though, ranking him as the No. 38 tight end in the country, whereas the other three all list him as a wide receiver.

He’s not ranked nationally as a wide receiver on Rivals, but 247Sports (No. 140) and On3 (160) both have him around the same spot nationally.

Johnson comes from Oscar Smith High School in Chesapeake, Virginia. He originally committed to West Virginia on June 25, 2022.
