2024 3-Star Target Shows WVU Football on List Ahead of Commitment Date

As recruits continue to announce their commitments, WVU football now knows the date for another three-star player. Class of 2024 athlete Jay’Quan Bostic tweeted a graphic to show West Virginia among his top schools and July 3 as the day he will reveal his choice.
Bostic (6-foot-3, 180 pounds) has experience playing both wide receiver and defensive back at Taft High School in Cincinnati, Ohio. The rest of his top 6 now includes Cincinnati, Kentucky, Miami (FL), Michigan and Michigan State.

Up until June official visits, Bostic was also considering Boston College, Duke, Georgia Tech, Illinois, Pitt and Syracuse. He completed his official visit with West Virginia a couple weeks ago.

247Sports rates Bostic as the 1,068th-ranked recruit in the class (138th-ranked wide receiver and the 45th-ranked recruit from Ohio) while On3 rates him as the 1,009th-ranked recruit in the class (141st-ranked wide receiver and the 39th-ranked recruit from Ohio).
