From June 3-5, West Virginia will host 4-star defensive lineman Joel Starlings. Starlings is ranked the third best player from Virginia according to 247 Sports.

Starlings announced the official visit on Friday.

The recruitment of Starlings (6-foot-5, 310 pounds) is led by WVU DL coach Andrew Jackson. Starlings holds offers from Arizona State, Auburn, East Carolina, Florida State, Georgia, Michigan, Michigan State, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Oregon, Penn State, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas A&M and Virginia.

247 Sports predicts that Starlings will head to Michigan, so it’ll be an opportunity for Neal Brown and his coaching staff to win over the Virginia native.
