**Update (11:25 a.m.) –
West Virginia baseball landed transfer pitcher Blaine Traxel from Cal State Northridge. Travel played four years at Cal State Northridge, leaving him with one year left of eligibility. He has a collegiate career era of 3.43 in 75 appearances (30 starts) and 270.1 innings with 214 strikeouts.
After careful consideration I have decided to continue my baseball career at West Virginia University. A big thank you to everyone who has supported me within this decision. I am grateful for this opportunity and can’t wait to be a Mountaineer. #HailWV pic.twitter.com/ae3eb2ccdN
