Center Abraham Oyeadier to Exit WVU Basketball via Transfer Portal

Hours after adding one player, the WVU basketball program learns another is exiting via the transfer portal. West Virginia center Abraham Oyeadier entered the transfer portal as of Monday, per On3 Sports.

After initially joining WVU ahead of the 2024-25 season, he decided to stick around after a redshirt season to stay and play for Ross Hodge in 2025-26. But Oyeadier appeared in only one game for the Mountaineers.

Originally from Accra, Ghana, Oyeadier, listed at 6-foot-9 and 225 pounds, played high school basketball at the Academy of Sports Science in California before moving to West Virginia for college.
