Former Mountaineer Darius Stills Congratulates Brother Dante on WVU Program Record

Even though it’s unlikely Dante Stills is spending too much time celebrating his record setting day after a loss, one former Mountaineer wanted to make sure to publicly acknowledge his historic achievement.

Darius Stills, Dante’s older brother, tweeted a message of congratulations to Dante about breaking the WVU program record for tackles for a loss.

“Proud of you, bro. That’s big time,” Darius said in a quote of the WVU football account’s tweet about Dante now a top of the TFL list.

Prior to that tweet, Darius instantly gave credit to his younger brother and former Mountaineer teammate. “My brother just made history. Proud of you,” said Darius with a heart emoji.

Dante then tweeted “thank you, big bro” in reply to Darius’ message.

We recently learned that Darius’ support to his brother goes well beyond just sending tweets. He is assisting Dante in his dream to get to the NFL, and doing so while he has yet to successfully materialize a pro career for himself.
