Two months after entering the transfer portal former WVU basketball player Ofri Naveh has found a new college home. Naveh signed with Oral Roberts earlier in the week.

Naveh, a sophomore from Israel, voluntarily redshirted the 2024-25 season and will have three years of eligibility remaining. Naveh was the lone player to attend new WVU coach Ross Hodgeโ€™s introductory press conference.

Naveh was the only full-time basketball player to stay with WVU following the nine-win 2023-24 season. Football player Aden Tagaloa-Nelson also returned to the Mountaineers.

As a freshman, Naveh played in 24 games and made seven starts for WVU and interim head coach Josh Eilert. He averaged 2.6 points and 2.5 rebounds per game. He scored a career-high 11 points against Pitt.
