Former WVU wide receiver Jeff Weimer is now a member of the Kansas City Chiefs, signing on August 3 per Matt Derrick. Weimer’s name now shows up on the team’s official roster as of August 5.

Weimer joins the Chiefs after taking part in their rookie mini camp in June.

Weimer caught 21 balls for 383 yards and scored two touchdowns. He had a season-high three receptions for 90 yards, highlighted by a 75-yard scoring play, against Arizona State.

Prior to WVU, Weimer spent 2024 at Idaho State, UNLV before that and started his college career at the junior college level.
