Lindsay officially entered the transfer portal on Wednesday morning after USC head coach Frank Martin and the university parted ways. Lindsay has heard from West Virginia, ETSU and Boston College already.
“Due to the recent development with the coaching changes at the University of South Carolina, my family and I have decided it’s best for me to reopen my college recruitment. While South Carolina is still a college option, at this time I believe it’s best for me to explore all possible options before officially committing to any university,” Lindsay wrote in a tweet. “I would like to personally thank Coach Frank Martin and his staff for the opportunity they presented to me. In addition, I’d like to thank the fans and administration for treating me with the utmost respect.”
WV Sports Now will keep up to date with the latest recruiting and transfer portal news during the offseason.
