Time of First Pitch Changed for WVU Baseball’s Game Against Minnesota

The time of West Virginia’s baseball game on Friday against Minnesota has been moved. WVU will now take on the Golden Gophers at 12 pm ET due to expected inclement weather.

The Mountaineers announced the time change of first pitch Thursday afternoon. Randy Mazey’s team sits at 7-4 on the season after winning the 2023 home opener over Canisius on Wednesday.

WVU Baseball Beats Canisius 8-1 to Win Home Opener

As of now, the other games on Saturday and Sunday in the series between the Mountaineers and Golden Gophers will go on as originally scheduled.

All three games of the series will be broadcast on Big 12 Now on ESPN+.
