Top 2020 big man includes West Virginia in top list of schools

Yesterday morning, class of 2020 power forward Isaiah Cottrell (6’8” 200 lbs) of Bishop Gorman HS in Las Vegas, NV released his top list of schools.

In that list you will find West Virginia along with Big 12 foes Texas Tech and Kansas among others.

Cottrell has tremendous touch around the rim and has a high ceiling as a great rebounder and finishing put backs. He really makes his presence on the defensive end of the floor disrupting plays deep in the paint by getting deflections or sending a shot into the stands.

His length and size would be a huge pickup for Bob Huggins in the 2020 class and could help add depth immediately.

He visited Morgantown in late September and seemed to have enjoyed the trip.
