Tyson, who attends Lakota West High School in West Chester, Ohio, is ranked as the No. 3 Ohio player in his class.

In addition to his WVU visit, Tyson has been in communication with several other notable programs and has over 10 Division I offers. Tyson spent time at Virginia Tech in September and Ohio State in August.

He also has offers from Akron, Arizona State, Butler, Cincinnati, Dayton, Duquesne, Kent State, New Mexico and Penn State.

Tyson was offered by the former WVU staff on Jan. 1 and is now drawing interest from Ross Hodge’s staff.
