Watch: Jesse Edwards Completes Lob Dunk in Solid Summer League Performance

Looking to further establish himself as an NBA player, Jesse Edwards contributed to Minnesota’s Summer League win on Thursday.

Edwards scored seven points in 16 minutes during the Timberwolves’ 98-91 victory over New Orleans. He added one assist and one rebound while shooting a perfect 3-for-3 from the field.

Two of Edwards’ points in the game came via a lob dunk.

The former Mountaineer, who signed a two-way deal with Minnesota after the 2024 NBA Draft, made his NBA debut in March.

Edwards averaged 15.0 points, 8.0 rebounds and 1.7 blocks through 23 games during his kind season with the Mountaineers in 2023-24. Edwards was sidelined for over a month with a fractured right wrist from December to January.
