WVU Football Garrett Greene Cheers on Nicco Marchiol After Rush Touchdown

Despite an early injury to Garrett Greene, WVU has a two-score lead over Oklahoma State early in the second quarter.

Nicco Marchiol fired a bullet to Traylon Ray for a Mountaineer touchdown after Greene grabbed his right shoulder following a big 39-yard run.The touchdown gave West Virginia a 10-0 lead as the first quarter came to a close.

Prior to the injury, Greene was 2-of-4 for 43 yards through the air with 45 yards on the ground.

Michael Hayes kicked a field goal to cap off WVU’s opening drive of the game.
