Watch: Garrett Greene, Mountaineers Dominate Cowboys in First Half
After leaving the game with a shoulder injury in the first quarter, Garrett Greene returned to action and picked up right where he left off as WVU continued to dominate the Cowboys. Greene kept the ball throughout most of his first possession back under center, eventually running it in the end zone for a touchdown of his own.
Greene’s touchdown became West Virginia’s third of the day, giving the Mountaineers a 24-0 lead late in the first half.
