West Virginia Opens as Six Point Underdog Against Kansas State

After failing to cover against Oklahoma State on Saturday, West Virginia will attempt to cover this week against Kansas State.

Kansas State, riding a three-game win streak, opens as a six-point favorite against WVU at home this week, and the over/under is set at 52.5 points.

DraftKings opens with Kansas State as a 5.5-point favorite, with bets against the spread for either team holding -110 odds. The over/under is set at 48 points, both the over and under set at -110 odds.

FanDuel hasn’t released odds for anything other than the moneyline bet, which holds +198 odds for WVU and -250 odds for Kansas State.

WVU has won five straight games against Kansas State, including a 37-10 win last season, but the Wildcats had won the previous five games in the series — dating back to 1931.

Kansas State has gone 5-3-1 against the spread this season, covering in each of its last three wins against Texas Tech, TCU and Kansas. WVU is 5-4 against the spread this season, failing to cover a +3.5 spread against Oklahoma State on Saturday.
