The West Virginia Sports Now Daily Notebook is a daily recap of news concerning West Virginia Football and Basketball.
Update (8:08 AM)-
**2022 3-star defensive lineman Jayson Jenkins will be making an official visit to West Virginia on January 14th. Jenkins (6’6″, 260) is from Lawrenceville, New Jersey and opted not to sign during the signing period in December. He initially had a final three of Pitt, Boston College and Indiana but ran into a scholarship issue with Pitt. After announcing he would be delaying his signing until February, he immediately picked up offers from West Virginia, Missouri and Syracuse. The WVU staff were the first to offer. Aside from WVU on the 14th, Jenkins will then visit Indiana on January 22 and then Missouri on January 29th.
