**West Virginia football has offered 2024 wide receiver Brandon Rehmann (6-foot-1, 180-pounds) from St. Joseph’s Prep in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. West Virginia is his sixth offer following Kentucky, Michigan State, Penn State, Pittsburgh and Tennessee.
