4-star tight end Walter Matthews received an offer from West Virginia on Wednesday night. Matthews (6-foot-7, 245 pounds), a member of the class of 2024, has been offered by Cincinnati, Kentucky, Michigan, Ole Miss, Pitt, USC and others.
