Pennsylvania’s top 2024 quarterback prospect Samaj Jones announced an official visit scheduled with WVU. Jones, listed at 6 foot and 200 pounds, has the Mountaineers among his top four schools.

WVU baseball’s JJ Wetherholt has been named to the Golden Spikes Award midseason watch list.

On Wednesday morning, Baylor guard Dale Bonner entered the transfer portal with one year of eligibility remaining. Bonner started off his collegiate career at Fairmont State from 2019-21.

Listed at 6’6” and 280 pounds, a class of 2024 OL out of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania scheduled an upcoming visit with WVU after talking with OL coach Matt Moore.
