WVU sends an offer to class of 2026 DB from New Jersey Alchino Blakely (5-foot-11, 190 pounds).

West Virginia is still in the running for class of 2024 three-star recruit Carlos Mitchell.

Ranked as a top 100 Florida based prospect by multiple national outlets, Mitchell (5-foot-10, 170 pounds) released his updated list of schools by tweeting a graphic on Tuesday afternoon. He included West Virginia among a top six.
