With the early signing period beginning tomorrow, the West Virginia recruiting class of 2020 is taking shape.

Update 8:48 p.m.

**Jake McConnachie, a 2020 wide receiver, has received a preferred walk-on offer from WVU. Standing 6-foot-5 and weighing 186 pounds, McConnachie attends Verona High School in Verona, New Jersey.

**Lakevias Daniel, a three-star junior college cornerback in the class of 2020, announced that he will commit to a team on Wednesday. In addition to West Virginia, Daniel has scholarship offers from Louisville, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Illinois, Louisiana-Monroe, Grambling State, Hampton and Mississippi Valley State.

**Dameon Wilson paid a visit to West Virginia this past weekend. A 2021 three-star inside linebacker, Wilson has offers from North Carolina, Charlotte, Coastal Carolina, Kentucky, Liberty, Louisville, Michigan, NC State, South Carolina, Syracuse, Virginia, Wake Forest and West Virginia.

Update 2:43 p.m.

**West Virginia has offered Ahmonte Watkins, a four-star 2021 running back prospect. Watkins also has offers from Colorado, Houston, Kentucky, Miami, Southern Miss and Virginia.

**Four-star quarterback commit Garrett Greene was on campus this past weekend. Greene committed to WVU on March 7.

**Matt Cavallaro, a quarterback at Lackawanna College, announced on Twitter that he will be continuing his education and football career at WVU. Starting as a freshman, Cavallaro threw for 1,754 yards, 23 touchdowns and seven interceptions in 2019.

Update 1:32 p.m.

**West Virginia has offered TreVeyon Henderson, a four-star athlete in the class of 2021 from Hopewell, Virginia. WVU was his 30th offer. Other offers include Clemson, Michigan, Oklahoma, Penn State, Alabama, Georgia and Notre Dame.

Update 12:24 p.m.

**Three-star defensive back commit Daryl Porter Jr. will sign his letter of intent on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m.

**West Virginia has offered Justin Johnson Jr., a four-star running back from Edwardsville, Illinois in the class of 2021. He also holds offers from Illinois, Illinois State, Purdue and Temple.

**Mark Rucker, a 2020 running back prospect from Sistersville, West Virginia, received a preferred walk-on offer from WVU. It is his lone Division I offer.

**Three-star athlete Roman Hemby visited West Virginia this weekend. A member of the 2021 class, Hemby has scholarship offers from West Virginia, Charlotte, Morgan State, Southern Miss and Temple.

**2021 four-star quarterback prospect Christian Veilleux paid a visit to WVU’s campus this past weekend. In addition to West Virginia, Veilleux has offers from Buffalo, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, South Carolina, Syracuse, Temple, Tennessee and Virginia Tech.
