After losing a couple of players to the NCAA transfer portal last week, West Virginia is reportedly interested in adding former DePaul forward Pauly Paulicap, according to Adam Zagoria of NYTSports.

Paulicap (6-foot-8) played in 19 games for the Blue Demons this season and made 15 starts. He averaged 7.2 points and 6.1 rebounds per game. He was second on the team with 24 blocks.

Paulicap, a native of Elmont, NY, started his career at Harcum College before moving to Manhattan or the 2017-18 season. He played at Manhattan for three seasons, averaged 10.4 points, 6.6 rebounds and 1.9 blocks in 2019-20, before transferring to DePaul last summer.

He has one year of college eligibility remaining.
