WVU DL Darius Wiley Carted Off Against Coastal Carolina
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Defensive lineman Darius Wiley had to be carted off after suffering what looked to be a serious injury early in the fourth quarter of WVU’s season opening game against Coastal Carolina.
Wiley appeared to endure a leg injury that immediately prompted the medical staff to run on the field. West Virginia head coach Rich Rodriguez also walked over to talk to Wiley as he was being attended to.
The Mountaineers were leading 24-7 at the time of Wiley’s injury.
