With still another high school season remaining, Hines is ranked as the number 13 overall payer in the state of Indiana and the number 58 cornerback in the entire country, according to 247 Sports. Rivals goes one step further, classifying him as the 7th best player at any position from Indiana.
It’s safe to say the Mountaineers will have plenty of competition for Hines and he will have many quality options to weigh. To this point, Ball State, Central Michigan, Kent State, Miami (OH), Purdue, Western Michigan and even Notre Dame have also extended offers to Hines. Rivals predicts he will commit to Purdue.
