Bob Huggins Gives Update on Taz Sherman’s Concussion
During the weekly United Bank Playbook episode hosted by Tony Caridi, WVU head coach Bob Huggins gave an update on Taz Sherman’s concussion. Sherman sustained the concussion in the final minutes in the Baylor game on Monday night and did not return.
“He’s in concussion protocol and nobody knows really,” Huggins said. “There’s not anything we can say definitive.”
Sherman is leading the Mountaineers in scoring with 18.9 points per game. The fifth-year senior also averages 2.9 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.6 steals in 20 games for West Virginia this season.
