Falcons Sign Former WVU Star David Sills to Future Contract

The Atlanta Falcons are offering former Mountaineer David Sills IV an opportunity to continue his NFL career.
Atlanta signed Sills to a reserve/future contract on Tuesday. Sills was most recently on Denver’s practice squad.

He’s appeared in 16 NFL games from time spent with the Giants, Bills and Broncos from 2021-23, catching 13 passes for 123 yards while averaging 9.5 yards per catch. Sills has also experienced time on special teams.
Prior to his NFL career, Sills played three seasons for the Mountaineers in 2015 and 2017-18, totaling 132 receptions for 2,097 yards and 35 touchdowns. He started his football career as a quarterback and was once a top recruit of then USC head coach Lane Kiffin.
