Former WVU basketball guard Honor Huff has entered his name into the transfer portal amid his search for a fifth-year of eligibility, per Joe Tipton.

Huff filed a complaint against the NCAA earlier this month in the Monongalia County Circuit Court earlier this month.

According to the complaint, Huff is filing for โ€œtemporary, preliminary, permanent, and declaratory relief prohibiting the NCAA from enforcing arbitrary and capricious decisions, breaching its contracts with its member institutions, and preventing him from participating in college sports.โ€

The complaint mentions recent rulings, including the one which gave Javan Buchanan and Brenen Lorient the green light for this coming season.

Head coach Ross Hodge addressed the chances of a return for Huff in a press conference, saying Huff had his support but his primary concern was the present team.

โ€œI am supportive of him for sure. And I will support all these guys. what it looks like for him and here. And I think thatโ€™s just a different conversation for a different day, to be honest,โ€ Hodge said.
