Former WVU basketball guard Honor Huff has filed a complaint in the Monongalia County Circuit Court for a fifth season of eligibility.

According to the complaint, Huff is filing for “temporary, preliminary, permanent, and declaratory relief prohibiting the NCAA from enforcing arbitrary and capricious decisions, breaching its contracts with its member institutions, and preventing him from participating in college sports.”

The complaint mentions recent rulings, including the one which gave Javan Buchanan and Brenen Lorient the green light for this coming season.

Huff originally declared for the NBA Draft on April 30, but went undrafted.

Huff averaged 16.5 points, 2.3 rebounds and 2.1 assists while shooting 35.9% from the field during the 2025-26 regular season at WVU.
