Former WVU G Miles McBride Receiving Consistent Minutes with New York Knicks

Former West Virginia guard Miles “Deuce” McBride is in his second year with the New York Knicks and is beginning to receive quality minutes. McBride has been shifted between the NBA and the Knicks’ G-League team for the majority of his young professional career so far.

McBride played 24 minutes in the Knicks win over the Charlotte Hornets on Friday night. The Cincinnati native finished with 10 points on 3-of-7 shooting and 2-three’s. McBride also had two steals.

McBride highlighted his night with tough defense.

McBride has appeared in 14 games for the Knicks so far this season, scoring 2.4 points in 9.5 minutes. McBride played 27 minutes in the game previously to Friday night.
