** Three-star recruit Saboor ‘Prime Time’ Karriem (6-foot-2, 180 pounds) is set to visit West Virginia on Saturday as a part of the junior day recruiting event. Karriem (West Orange, New Jersey) is a 2023 recruit with 17 offers from Akron, Army, Boston College, Connecticut, Duke, Georgia Tech, Howard, Illinois, Kent State, Louisville, Marshall, Maryland, Massachusetts, Syracuse, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest and West Virginia. According to his 247 profile, he is also being recruited by Harvard, Pittsburgh and Rutgers but has not yet received an offer from any of those three schools.

** West Virginia football offered 2024 defensive lineman Richard ‘Wink’ James Jr. (6-foot-1, 240 pounds). James (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) has five total offers from Ole Miss, Penn State, Temple, Texas A&M and West Virginia.
