Poll: Which WVU Sport Was the Most Entertaining in 2022-23?
With WVU baseball concluding their season last weekend, track & field is the final sport participating during the 2022-23 academic year.
West Virginia athletics saw a chaotic year filled with a new athletic director in Wren Baker. Baker was hired by the university back in December, replacing Shane Lyons. Both basketball teams reached the NCAA Tournament, while the baseball program had a historic season under manager Randy Mazey. Obviously, the football team had a disappointing season, but it was one with a few exciting moments and big wins nonetheless.
