The Pride of West Virginia band will join 22 balloons, 34 floats, 28 performers, 11 performance groups, and 28 clown crews to march along a 2.5-mile parade route from Central Park West to Macyโs Herald Square on Thursday morning.
This will mark the second time WVU’s band earned a chance to march in the parade, last taking part in 2016.
The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade will start at 8:30 am and West Virginia fans and alumni can try to look out for the Pride of West Virginia by watching on NBC and Peacock.
