Report: Jevon Carter Signs 3-Year Deal With Phoenix Suns

Former West Virginia basketball great, Jevon Carter, has signed a three-year, $11.5 mil contract with the Phoenix Suns, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
Restricted free agent G Jevon Carter has agreed to a three-year, $11.5M deal to stay with the Suns, agent Mark Bartelstein of @PrioritySports tells ESPN.

2019-20 was Carter’s first season with the Suns and his best so far as a pro. Carter appeared in a career-high 58 games and set career highs in minutes per game (16.3), points per game (4.9), assists (84) and steals (47).
Carter spent the 2018-19 season with the Memphis Grizzlies. He played in 39 games and averaged 4.4 points, 1.7 rebounds and 1.8 assists. The Grizzlies drafted Carter in the second round of the 2018 draft after a stellar career at West Virginia.
