Twitter Reaction: WVU Basketball Teams Both Fall Within Minutes of Each Other
WVU men’s and women’s basketball teams both lost on Saturday afternoon, within minutes of each other. Men’s lost at Iowa State after a six-minute scoring drought late in the game. The ranked women’s team fell late to Baylor at home, 66-65.
It was not a good day for the West Virginia fanbase, who reacted on social media following the games.

There is no convincing me that WVU sports isn’t cursed. What does it take to break it?

People really still gettting mad about basketball losses?
At this point it's about finding any positive you can, getting the season over with and hiring a coach. #WVU

Played hard and the gameplan was really good against one of the best teams in America.
Too many turnovers & not enough stops down the stretch to win in that building. On to K-State. https://t.co/hkYE4aMycH
