Update (11:45 a.m.) –
**West Virginia offered consensus four-star safety Vaboue Toure (6-foot-1, 185-pounds) according to his Twitter. Both major recruiting outlets Rivals and 247Sports have Toure as a four-star recruit. He’s rated as the No. 14 safety in the country for the class of 2024 on 247Sports and the No. 11 safety on Rivals.
Toure currently plays high school football at Irvington High School in Irvington, New Jersey. West Virginia is his 12th offer, following Alabama, Duke, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Notre Dame, Ole Miss, Pittsburgh, Rutgers and Wisconsin.
