Mangham (6-foot-3, 185 lbs.) is from Franklin, Michigan and is rated as a three-star prospect by 247Sports.
Including WVU, Mangham has received six offers since the start of April, from Indiana, Colorado, Penn State, Minnesota and Bowling Green. He also has power five offers from Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Pitt and Purdue.

Geter (5-foot-10, 194 lbs.) is a three-star running back from Miami Carol City High School in Opa Locka, Florida. Also in his top five are Florida, Georgia Tech, Penn State and Georgia.
West Virginia offered Geter on Dec. 5, 2019.
**WVU is in the top 12 for cornerback Javon Bullard.

Bullard (5-foot-11, 165 lbs.) is a three-star cornerback from Baldwin High School in Milledgeville, Georgia. Also in his top 12 are Auburn, Boston College, NC State, Vanderbilt, Pitt, Tennessee, South Carolina, Stanford, Georgia, Central Florida and Purdue.
WVU offered Bullard on Jan. 21.
