Carnell (6-foot-1, 185 lbs.) is a 2021 prospect from Indianapolis. He is rated as a four-star by rivals and a three-star by 247Sports. Also in his top three are Purdue and Missouri.
West Virginia offered Carnell on Dec. 11.
**WVU has not made the top four for quarterback Christian Veilleux.

Veilleux, (6-foot-4, 195 lbs.) is a four-star quarterback from the Bullis School in Maryland. Veilleux’s top four is Clemson, Duke, Penn State and Tennessee. West Virginia offered him on May 14 and he visited Morgantown both in June and Dec.

Jackson (6-foot-6, 245 lbs.) is a three-star prospect from Archbishop Wood High School in Warminster, Pennsylvania. Jackson has power five offers from Rutgers, Arizona State, Boston College, Iowa State, Pitt and Syracuse.
