The West Virginia Sports Now Daily Notebook is a daily recap of news concerning WVU Athletics.

WVU football gains another commitment in Romanas Frederique.
Listed at 6-foot-1, 175 pounds, Frederique is currently a junior at Saint Thomas Aquinas High School. He took his official visit to Morgantown last weekend.
WVU sent Frederique an offer on April 11. The Mountaineers were one of only a few non Florida based Power Five schools to offer Frederique at the time, joining the likes of new Big 12 members Houston and UCF.
WVU Football Secures Commitment from 2024 3-Star CB Florida Product

WVSN can confirm WVU men’s basketball head coach Bob Huggins was arrested in Pittsburgh for a DUI Friday evening.
