Bridgeport High football coach John Cole will not be back with the Indians for the 2021 season. Cole, who won the 2019 Class AA state championship during his four-season tenure with Bridgeport, informed his players of the choice Monday morning.
Bridgeport Head Football John Cole has resigned following 4 seasons at the helm. Cole led the Indians to 43 wins and 6 losses including a win over Bluefield in the 2019 Class AA state title game. The Indians went 8-1 record this season with a playoff win over Washington. pic.twitter.com/ezwRXHx6ju

Former Mountaineer Jevon Carter talked to the media recently about his expectations for this upcoming NBA season with the Phoenix Suns. Carter said his expectations for this season are “Realistically?… Champions”.
