WVU Football QB recruit Zebulin Kinsey

The WVU football program throws an offer to another class of 2025 quarterback. Zebulin Kinsey announced his offer from West Virginia on Twitter late Thursday night.

Kinsey (6-foot-3, 215 pounds) has two more remaining high schools seasons at Toronto High School in Toronto, Ohio. His WVU offer stands as his second offer from a Division I program.

247 Sports stands as the only outlet to rank Kinsey to this point, classifying him as a three-star prospect. Kinsey is thought of as a quarterback, but also has experience playing linebacker.

Kinsey is ranked as the number 33 overall Ohio recruit. He’s also the number 40 quarterback in the country in the 2025 class.

Kinsey now becomes the second Ohio quarterback in the 2025 class to receive a West Virginia offer, joining Jamison Kitna.
