2026 3-Star CB Has WVU Football Against Eastern Schools

A 2026 cornerback recruit has West Virginia competing against schools from a similar geographic footprint. When Bryce Williams revealed his current top 11, he showed the WVU football program along with several ACC schools, including the Mountaineers’ arch rival.

Williams, a 6-foot, 185-pound product of The Pennington School in Pennington, N.J., is also considering Boston College, Buffalo, Duke, Connecticut, East Carolina, North Carolina, Pitt, Syracuse, Temple and Wake Forest.

Williams was initially offered by WVU by Neal Brown’s staff back in November of 2023. Buffalo and Temple are his most recent offers and he spent time with North Carolina head coach and football legend Bill Belichick in April.

Williams is rated as a three-star prospect by Rivals and ranked as their No. 17 New Jersey player in his class. He has been open about viewing himself as a college safety.
