During Tuesday’s edition of the Pat McAfee show, the former West Virginia kicker had fellow former Mountaineer Adam “Pacman” Jones make another appearance. The two talked about the new-look within WVU’s athletic department with Wren Baker as Athletic Director.

“[WVU] got money and a new AD. Mr. Baker, I had a chance to meet with him when I was there, unbelievable guy. [We] talked about the different things we’re trying to do to get respect at the top,” Jones said. “We’ve got some big money coming in, we’re rounding up funds to pay to play.”

McAfee doubled-down with Jones, agreeing that WVU is in a great position name, image and likeness wise. McAfee did say that the move to the Big 12 back in 2012 has been a bad move.

“West Virginia has money now, bro,” McAfee said.

Jones stopped by the football program recently when Chris Henry Jr. was visiting. Jones delivered a heartfelt message to the current players.
